We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Ceola J. Collective, LLC, including Soulé products, A Gift of Love gift baskets, books, digital downloads, coaching services, and event registrations.

Because our offerings span multiple categories, the following policies apply:

1. Physical Products (Soulé + A Gift of Love Gift Baskets)

Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, we gladly offer replacements if an item arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • missing components

  • incorrectly fulfilled

To request a replacement, please email info@theceolajcollective.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

2. Digital Products (Downloads, Journals, Guides, eBooks)

All digital products are non-refundable due to their immediate, irrevocable delivery.

3. Coaching Programs, Sessions, and Courses

Coaching and program fees are non-refundable, but may be transferable at our discretion.

No refunds are issued for:

  • missed sessions

  • incomplete programs

  • unused time

  • changes in client availability

4. Event Tickets (Plays, Workshops, Classes)

All event ticket purchases are final sale.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, customers will receive:

  • a new event date, or

  • credit toward a future event
