E-Commerce, Payment, Billing Policy

This policy explains how we handle billing, payments, subscriptions, and recurring charges for purchases made through The Ceola J. Collective, LLC and its affiliated brands.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • major credit/debit cards

  • digital payments (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.)

  • online invoicing for coaching or corporate orders

We process all payments through secure third-party providers.

2. Billing Authorization

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for:

  • products

  • digital downloads

  • coaching packages

  • event tickets

  • subscriptions

  • payment plans

3. Recurring Payments (Subscriptions & Payment Plans)

If you enroll in a subscription or payment plan, you agree that:

  • An automatic charge on your card

  • Charges will occur per the schedule presented at checkout.

  • You are responsible for updating your billing information.

  • Failure to make payments may result in temporary account suspension or cancellation.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You will receive an email notification.

  • We may retry the charge.

  • Suspension of digital content or coaching until the account is current

5. Cancellations

To cancel your subscription at any time, contact us at info@theceolajcollective.com.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue refunds for past charges.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • suspension of services

  • loss of access to digital products

  • account termination

We encourage you to contact us to resolve concerns before filing a dispute.
