As the founder of The Ceola J. Collective, she leads a dynamic ecosystem of 12 brands that empower individuals, families, and communities through media, wellness, coaching, gifting, ministry, and nonprofit impact.
The Journey
With more than 30 years of combined experience in corporate leadership, ministry, community programs, event production, and creative arts, Ceola J. is a true multi-hyphenate leader whose work spans industries and impacts diverse audiences.
Her journey includes roles as a corporate executive assistant supporting C-suite leadership, a marketing and event coordinator with national-level experience, a longtime nonprofit founder, and a writer and director of multiple stage plays and films. She is the heart behind brands that uplift, equip, and encourage others to walk in who God created them to be.
Her Story
Born and raised in California, Ceola’s life reflects resilience, faith, and the courage to rebuild from the inside out. Her personal journey through adversity, healing, self-identity, and purpose fuels every message she carries and every brand she creates.
Whether writing stage plays, launching skincare products, mentoring young people, directing films, or empowering women through coaching, Ceola brings authenticity, compassion, and a deep commitment to transformation. Her story has become a testimony and her testimony has become a movement.

With over 15 years in high-level executive support, marketing, logistics, and event coordination — including coordination for the Consulate General of Japan at the Port of Oakland — Ceola built the foundation of operational excellence that guides The Collective today.

Since 2008, she has led Dream2b, empowering youth and women through programs focused on arts, mental wellness, entrepreneurship, and support services.

Ceola is an accomplished playwright, producer, and director behind powerful stage productions such as From Female to Woman to Lady, If These Walls Could Talk: A Family Affair (The Trilogy), Finding Her Voice, FIVE, and the upcoming film Finding Her Voice for Christmas.
