Vendor Application

Holiday with Ceola J. & Friends — Saturday, November 14, 2026, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Oakley Recreation Center, 1250 O’Hara Avenue, Oakley, CA 94561.

This is an application. Acceptance and payment instructions will be sent separately. Please do not send payment until your vendor space is confirmed.

This year we are especially looking for candle and home fragrance makers, artists and ceramicists, and local authors. Have something else? Choose “Other” and tell us about it.

3  Vendor Participation
  • Vendor space is limited; submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Applications are reviewed to help avoid overlapping merchandise categories.
  • The $75 fee covers one 6-foot table and two chairs; payment details follow acceptance.
  • Vendors manage their merchandise, setup, sales, taxes, and required permits.
  • Food vendors must comply with applicable venue and local health requirements.
  • Setup details and any cancellation terms will be provided upon acceptance.

Vendor Responsibility and Release

Vendors are solely responsible for their booth, products, equipment, setup, and conduct, and for the safety of their display area. By participating, the vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Ceola J. Collective and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, injury, loss, theft, or damage arising from the vendor’s participation, products, or display.
